Fruit mashes are simple, quick to make and effective. They can be served as a chaser along with traditional kava shell.
2 cups of any type of fresh fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, orange, mango, pineapple, watermelon, honeydew melon etc)
1 cup of coconut water
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Serve in 1 oz shooters accompanied with a traditional kava shell.
