The taste of lime will overwhelm the taste of kava in this one. Sweet, tangy, and zen
INGREDIENTS:
150ml of the original grog
1 lime cut into 4 or 6
1/2 - 1 ounce of sugar cane syrup
a muddler for crushing the lime
Served in Coconut Shell or glass
Shaker
DIRECTIONS:
Cut a lime in half and slice a thin slice so that you get a nice round slice of even thickness, cut the rest in 4 or 6 wedges, the more wedges, the easier it is to crush the lime.
Add lime to a shaker glass. You can use any type of tall glass, the narrower, the better. Make sure you don't use your sunny round slice and keep this for decoration.
Muddle the lime to squeeze the juice and oils out.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake and pour with the ice into your sugar-rimmed shell or glass
Add the round sunny slice to the rim, and serve

You must clean your limes with clean water to remove impurities on the peel.
