6 1/2 cups of frozen pineapple
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup of coconut creme
1/4 cup of coconut water
Food processor
Add all of the ingredients into your food processor except the coconut water and blend.
Use a spoon or spatula to unstick the fruit that sticks to the sides.
Add a splash of coconut water to your blender if you need help getting a smooth texture.
Blend until smooth.
Serve or freeze
