6 cups of frozen melon (We use a mix of cantaloupe and canary melon but you can use either one)/4 cup of honey or maple syrup)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/4 cup of coconut water
Food processor
Add all of the ingredients into your food processor and blend.
Use a spoon or spatula to unstick the melon that sticks to the sides.
You can add more coconut water to your blender to help.
Blend until smooth.
Serve or freeze
