6 cups of frozen honeydew melon
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of matcha green tea powder (optional)
1/4 cup of coconut water
Food processor
Add all of the ingredients into your food processor except the coconut water and blend.
Use a spoon or spatula to unstick the melon that sticks to the sides.
You can add more coconut water to your blender to help.
Blend until smooth.
Serve or freeze
